♡ I'm not gonna heavily ref, copy, trace, or recreate another artist's work.
♡ DO NOT copy, trace, edit, make any minor changes yourself, steal, or claim my artwork as yours.
♡ You acknowledge you are buying a digital file only, no shipping of any kind is involved.DESIGN USAGE

♡ Modifications to the design as long as it’s still recognizable (changing species, clothes, etc). this rule is has a priority within CS (closed species), please don’t change my designs ENTIRELY leaving them unused because i will revoke the rights to my original design.
♡ You might draw your Adoptable doing whatever you wish to, no limits (all my characters unless specified are adults/+18).
NO
♡ Editing/cropping my art directly.
♡ Reselling the design for more than what you originally bought it for (unless there’s extra art).
♡ Reselling the design if you got it from trade and there's no extra art. (this mostly applies when the design doesn't have a price in their ownership log but only trade ones and there's no extra art).
♡ Hidding/deleting the profile. (This is only because i am forgetful, i don't want to design things with similarities AND I want to know who it goes to or where my designs are because my blacklist.) you can give me a key if you don't want to auth me but still keep it private. ^^Additional Information
♡ ALWAYS CREDIT ME FOR THE DESIGN.
♡ The character fully belongs to you after you send the full payment. (not in commercial usage, that would be an extra fee.)
PAYMENTS
♡ YOU have to be aware and should be responsible for your own currency conversion fees, i won't do refunds for extra conversion fees.
♡ You must either be the owner of the payment account, or the owner of the account understands the nature of this purchase and that it will not be physically shipped. You will only receive the digital file(s).
♡ Full payment is to be made up front.
♡ I will not start on the commission until payment is received.REVISIONS
♡ i'll may contact you via discord/Vgen or mail! You have 3 free revisions before starting to be charged for them, please be clear with your ideas!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♡ I'm a full time student so the times will always vary unless you paid a rush fee.
♡ Commissions will be completed within 1-3 months maximum, but should generally be completed before then. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ONLY APPLIES WHEN I LET YOU KNOW THAT YOUR ORDER COMES IN, as your place in the queue may affect)
♡ I do not always work on my work queue in order.USE
